We’re hiring a Director-level leader to build and run our Sales Operations and Billing Operations function end-to-end. This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that power our revenue engine—spanning lead management, pipeline health, contracts, billing, commissions, and customer retention. You’ll be both a hands-on expert (HubSpot/Salesforce + billing/Chargebee) and a builder of scalable processes and a future team.
We’re looking for a self-starting Director of Enterprise Sales to break into and scale our presence in the elite DSO market. This is a strategic “hunter” role focused on generating top-of-funnel demand through direct prospecting, networking, and experimentation.
