Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Reports to: VP of Sales
Compensation: $120,000–$170,000 base + commission (with ramp-up guarantee)
Travel: Occasional (conferences, customer meetings, optional in-office events)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a self-starting Director of Enterprise Sales to break into and scale our presence in the elite DSO market. This is a strategic “hunter” role focused on generating top-of-funnel demand through direct prospecting, networking, and experimentation. You will be the tip of the spear, identifying what works and shaping how Method goes to market in the enterprise space.

Your primary focus will be getting the right doors open and setting the foundation for growth in a new and evolving market segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a prospecting strategy to penetrate elite DSOs.
  • Own top-of-funnel sales activity: outreach, networking, and value-based positioning.
  • Identify strategic entry points into complex organizations and build multi-threaded relationships.
  • Partner closely with leadership and product specialists through the sales cycle.
  • Test and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and engagement tactics.
  • Provide insights to shape our go-to-market playbook for the elite DSO segment.
  • Advocate for resources (travel, events, budget) as needed to support your strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach programs.
  • Contribute to the development of the enterprise sales unit, including potential future hiring.

  • By 12 months, you’ve helped identify and test a repeatable sales motion for elite DSOs.
  • You’ve brought in warm, qualified opportunities into the pipeline that align with our ICP.
  • You’ve demonstrated initiative, creativity, and grit in navigating a challenging space.
  • You’ve become a strategic voice in how we approach enterprise sales.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Have experience selling into DSOs—especially at the enterprise level.
  • Have a background in technology or healthcare-related SaaS (not required, but a plus).
  • Know how to hustle and aren’t afraid of a cold open, warm intro, or networking event.
  • Prefer building something from scratch over inheriting a process.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and aren’t afraid to experiment, fail, and iterate.
  • Are proactive, scrappy, and communicative—you know how to ask for what you need.
  • Can operate independently but know when to pull in others to move a deal forward.
