Tidewater’s risk assessment services are designed to improve the policies, processes and systems that dental practices use to prevent, prepare for and respond to audits from insurance companies.
Dilaine is a certified AAPC certified professional coder, a certified dental assistant, and a former insurance coordinator and practice administrator with over 35 years of experience in the dental field. She has dedicated her career to writing, teaching and consulting with clients to help them develop expertise in proper documentation and coding practices.
