Situational Overview
ACE Dental is a multi-location dental group serving Central Texas. They operate in a wide geography, with practices serving patients in Bellmead, Waco, Hewitt, Harker Heights, Taylor, Temple, Belton, Copperas Cove, and Killeen. Overseeing operations across all these locations is Clinical Manager Kelsea Hawkins, who manages everything from clinical workflow to supply ordering for 10 separate teams.
